Qualifications:
* Education: Minimum Diploma Holder in Marketing / Management or its equivalent
* Experience: A minimum of 1 to 3 years in Real Estate / Housing and Commercial Area (Shopping Center, Mall, Modern Market and Clubhouse)
* Age: Maximum 35 years old
* Skills & Personality:
1. The focus is on selling Real Estate/houses/apartment and leasing Commercial Area (Shopping Center, Mall, Modern Market and Clubhouse)
2. Have vast contacts with retailers in the market
3. Possess great Real Estate Closing Skills
4. Possess a proven good records of retail transactions
5. Aggressive, highly motivated, independent and great to work with phones
6. Possess pleasant personalities and professional looks
7. Proficient in English both written and oral
8. Strong customer service orientation
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadliness
10. Monthly target achievement
